Over time, fibroblasts slow down their activity resulting in a decreasing in the production of collagen and elastin. Not only the number, but also the size of structural proteins decrease. In this way a real thinning of the dermis is obtained which has as a direct consequence a structural failure.

Derma-Firming® cocktail is a powerful mix based on highly concentrated active ingredients: DMAE firming fluid, Organic silicon, Rejuline complex ™, Hyaluronic Acid High molecular weight, Hyaluronic Acid Low molecular weight, Hydroxyproline, Proline, Lysine, Glycine, Acetyl Cysteine.

1% organic silicon: acts in tissues as a catalyst against various reactions. Promotes the synthesis of collagen and elastin, improving the connective structures. It is a structural component of the connective tissue that forms part of the most important macro-molecules such as elastin and collagen. At the tissue level it induces the control and proliferation of fibroblasts, favoring the regeneration of elastic fibers and collagen and preventing their premature degradation.
DMAE firming fluid 7%: this is a neuromodulator and protects the bonds between collagen and elastin. It is mainly used to produce a tensor effect thanks to receptor communication with keratinocytes, fibroblasts, myofibroblasts and endothelial cells that respond to acetylcholine; it also acts as a collagen stimulator, derived from a receptor response of fibroblasts. Thus there is a progressive cytoplasmic concentration of myofilaments. Repairs the collagen and elastin fibers and, at different levels, allows to obtain: increase in tension in non-muscle cells of the dermis, increase in cohesion and displacement of keratinocytes, increase in hydration and elasticity of the stratum corneum, increase in the supply of nutrients and defense mechanisms. It also acts as an antioxidant and repairs collagen and elastin fibers from damage caused by free radicals;
Rejuline Complex ™: This special patented peptide complex allows to bio-stimulate cell regeneration through the improvement of anabolic mechanisms, strengthens the elasticity and tone of the tissues (by inducing the synthesis of new collagen, elastin, fibronectin and laminin). Increases the expression level of extracellular matrix proteins such as elastin, collagen, fibronectin and laminin and the production of procollagen already after 7 days;
Hyaluronic Acid with high and low molecular weight allows to ensure the maximum percentage of water necessary to “restart” all metabolic processes as well as significantly reduce the excessive trans epidermal evaporation of water while maintaining elastic and toned tissues;
essential amino acids (Hydroxyproline, Proline, Lysine, Glycine, Acetylcysteine) to provide the necessary nourishment.

The Derma Firming cocktail is ready to use and does not require dilutions or mixing with any other substances.
